Shipping & Returns

After choosing to place an order with Botani, we are pleased to advise the following process:

  1. You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
  2. When goods are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation confirming your delivery has been completed, with an attached tax invoice; and your tracking information will be emailed by Australia Post.
  3. If you have signed up to Botani Rewards, your reward points will be added to your account once the order has been marked as shipped.
  4. Goods shall be packaged to prevent product damage during transportation.

Australian Standard Shipping

Standard delivery to Australian residents is charged at a flat rate of $9 for all orders under $50. Orders $50 and over will receive free standard shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] if you require more information.

Australian Express Shipping

We also offer express shipping to Australian residences at a flat rate of $15; please note that express shipping service covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. The service operates between all capital cities except Darwin and in Perth (the CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guarantee service is to and from townships only and isn’t always available to certain rural suburbs, if you would like more information, please visit the Australia Post website.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (weekdays) of being received except during sale and promotional periods, on public holidays or during festive seasons. Orders will arrive between approximately 2-7 business days from dispatch except during periods outlined above. However please note: Botani cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post, particularly where delivery times, e-parcel emails and tracking information are concerned.

International Standard Shipping and International Express Shipping

We ship to most of the world (except for Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Vietnam). Our international standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $19.90 per order. Please allow approximately 14-20 business days for your order to be delivered, if you require an estimated time of delivery, please visit the Australian Post website.

International express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $55 per order. Please allow approximately 8-10 business days for your order to be delivered, if you require an estimated time of delivery, please visit the Australian Post website.

Please note that unforeseen delays may occur depending on the customs regulations in your country.

If you have a problem with the arrival of your parcel after dispatch. You must contact Australia Post with your tracking information.


All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). In the interest of fairness to consumers and retailers, our products are set at recommended retail pricing. We are not a discount outlet for Botani but from time to time, to support our online customers and offer them the same opportunities received by in-store customers, we offer promotions and discounts. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Customers ordering outside of Australia will not be subjected to GST. The order total will be re-calculated at the checkout once an international shipping address is entered, and the GST component will be deducted.


We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives at you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at [email protected] or 03 9380 8529, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Botani does not have to provide a refund if you change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by telephone, email or via our website contact form.

After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received before their opening.

Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the products are unopened and in their original condition.
